Michal Chrvala
Michal is jointly with Eng. Jana Levová the owner and the founder of the company. In the company he holds an office of a major analyst. He deals with the creation of investment advices and he takes care of VIP clientele. He shares his knowledge and experience in professional articles as well. He comments events on the capital markets on TV Z1. He takes part in the project BIG Expert, which provides the public systematic information about opinions about investment experts on the future development in Czech and foreign capital markets.
Eng. Jana Levová
Jana is the other owner and the founder of our company. Her tasks are strategic management and strategic planning in the company. Furthermore she is a member of board of directors of AFIZ.
Mgr. Ondřej Fráňa
Ondrej graduated from the Law Faculty of Palacky University in Olomouc, Department of Law. From 2004 to 2008 he worked at Atlantik Financial Markets, Inc. as a lawyer and a compliance officer. During 2009 and 2010 he held the position of Head of department compliance & internal audit in the ATLANTIC group (ie ATLANTIC financial markets Inc., and Atlantik Asset Management, Inc.), where he was responsible for the performance of internal control and legal agenda in the companies. In Active Capital he acts only externally as Chairman of the Supervisory Board.
Ing. Veronika Lajpertová
Veronika operates on the position financial director. She has university education in economic field and her main job description is financial planning and managing of company cash-flows. Moreover she takes care of communication with business partners and with correct bookkeeping. She is a member of Board of Supervisors in AFIZ.
Josef Skalický, DiS.
Josef came to the company about a month after its establishment. During his operation he worked his way up to the position of senior manager for Prague branch. Experience from leading the team and from communication with clients he gained not only during operation in Active Capital, but also in other brokerage companies.
Mgr. Tereza Pudláková
Tereza received a law degree at the Law Faculty of Charles University in Prague, where she focused on collective investment obligations, including compliance. She holds the position of Compliance Officer in our company. Her main job is to ensure the smooth operation of the company in terms of legislation, internal control, creation and implementation of internal rules and regulations, cooperation with AFIZ and the Czech national bank.
Lukáš Kellerstein
Lukaš joined the company in 2010. His main task is to develop a programming of pair trading strategy and other various trading strategies. He also serves as the capital markets analyst. He studied economic field at Unicorn College.
Petr Linhart
Petr has been working in the firm since 2008, when he started as a salesman. Over time, he developed more skills and was promoted into the position of Junior Manager. His main job is bound to teaching new salesmen to communicate with clients and provide them with his knowledge and experience.
Ing. Dominika Jiříková
Dominika operates as a management assistant in our company. Her main job is to ensure the smooth running of the front desk and administrative support of the company. She has a university degree in economics.
Martina Kačínová
Martina leads the client office and provides administrative support to the whole firm society. She gained rich experience in this field in her previous jobs.
